Hello, I'm Martyn
I run Moutinho Consulting. Most of my work is with managers and leadership teams: designing development programmes, running workshops, and coaching people through the conversations they've been putting off.
I'm qualified in SDI, Hogan and MBTI, and I'm an Accredited Spotlight Practitioner with Mindflick, so I can give people a clear picture of how they work and how they come across to others, and then help them do something with it.
I'm usually brought in by senior leaders and HR directors who want their teams to work better together. On bigger programmes I bring in a small group of associates I trust, and I lead every piece of work myself.

What I do
I work at three levels. Most engagements start at one and reach into the others.
Leaders and managers
Development programmes, coaching and profiling for managers at every level: setting clear expectations, giving feedback that lands, managing performance and making good decisions when things are busy.
Teams
Intact teams of every shape and size, from a leadership team of six to a whole department, in sectors from construction to broadcasting. I work with the team on how it runs: how it communicates, handles disagreement and gets things done together.
The organisation
Culture and ways of working, L&D strategy, and learning content in your own branding, for when the change needs to reach everyone, not only the people who come to a workshop.
